Volunteer
Volunteer needs for events:
Photographers Professional photographers photograph children at their residential center or a Fostering Memories event.
Photographer Assts. Help the kids have fun; help them get ready and relaxed in front of the camera and posed with friends. Fulfill a critical role by ensuring that we have all information necessary to catalog their photographs.
Scrapbookers Print and distribute pictures, hand out scrapbooks and help kids create their own scrapbook pages. Bring your creativity!
Please note that any volunteers working directly with children will need to be screened and trained to make sure that foster youth are protected.
Volunteer Needs at the organizational level:
Organizers Love to organize? Prior to events, help us to organize our materials – forms, scrapbooks, stickers and background paper so that the events run smoothly.
Committee Chair/Committee Member Lots of things need work behind the scenes to optimize our events. If you are interested in operational committees, please let us know. Subjects may include PR/Marketing, Fundraising/Sponsorships, Event Management, and others.
